The App requests camera access exclusively to detect and scan colors on physical puzzle cube faces. Camera image frames are processed 100% in real-time on your local device. No camera frames, photos, or video recordings are ever stored, recorded, or transmitted to any external server.

3. THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISING (GOOGLE ADMOB)

The free version of Cube Solver uses Google AdMob to deliver advertisements (including Native Cards, Interstitial Ads, and Rewarded Video Ads). Google AdMob may collect and process device identifiers, advertising identifiers (IDFA), coarse location, crash logs, and diagnostic data to serve ads, prevent fraud, and measure ad performance.

App Tracking Transparency (ATT): In accordance with Apple iOS guidelines, Google AdMob requests permission to use the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) for personalized advertising. You can accept, deny, or change your tracking permissions anytime in your iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

Ad-Free Subscribers: All Google AdMob advertising requests are completely disabled when you subscribe to Cube Solver PRO.

4. IN-APP PURCHASES & SUBSCRIPTIONS (STOREKIT)

All in-app subscription purchases are processed securely through Apple's StoreKit 2 infrastructure. Cube Solver never receives, processes, or stores your credit card details or financial information. Apple manages billing, invoicing, and cryptographic entitlement verification.

5. LOCAL DEVICE STORAGE

App settings (such as dark mode, sound effects, saved cube face inputs, and best solving times) are stored locally on your device using iOS UserDefaults. This information never leaves your device.

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Cube Solver does not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13. All puzzle solving and game features operate locally on the device.

Cube Solver provides an interactive 3D virtual puzzle cube simulation, camera color scanner, manual color input palette, and realistic 3D step-by-step solving move calculations for entertainment and educational purposes.

3. IN-APP SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING

Cube Solver offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions to remove all advertisements and unlock instant 3D step-by-step solving solutions:

• Yearly Subscription: $12.99 / year (Save 45%)

Payment & Renewal: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Management & Cancellations: You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in your iOS Device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, or via the "Manage Subscription" link in the App Settings.

Restores: You can restore previous purchases anytime using the "Restore Purchases" button inside the App.

4. ADVERTISING

The free tier of the App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob (native, interstitial, and rewarded ads). An active Pro subscription removes all ads from the App.

5. CAMERA ACCESS

Camera access is used strictly for real-time cube color recognition. No camera feeds or imagery are captured, saved, or uploaded.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All code, graphics, 3D assets, and interfaces of Cube Solver are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, decompile, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The app is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
